With 18 years of plumbing experience, Doug has worked for several companies and witnessed firsthand how customers were often pushed into unnecessary services to meet quotas. He knew there had to be a better way — one where honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care come first.

Driven by that mission, Doug founded Waterdog to provide reliable, transparent plumbing services that put people before profits.
